Introduction:
This adhesive
is non-toxic, not contamination mould and low cost,
passed the Technical Appraisal of original Qingdao Chemical
Industry Bureau and put into production in 1981; won
the Third-Class Award of Technical Achievement by the
Ministry of Chemistry, Gold Dragon Award of New Products
by the State Economic and Trade Commission in 1983;
recommended as Superb Products by International Quality
Certification Commission of U.S.A and listed among “Recommended
Products in International Trade” by America-Asia economic
cooperation Committee and among “Exhibited Brands of
International Communication and Exhibition Activity”
by Chinese Products Exhibition Center Los Angeles, U.S.A

主要用途：
本胶粘剂主要用于橡胶（丁腈橡胶、聚氨酯橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶）和金属（碳钢、铜、铝及其合金等）的硫化粘接，以制造各种骨架橡胶制品，如汽车发动机支座、轴套、密封件、胶辊、骨架油封、剑杆带、阀门。
Usage:
This adhesive is mainly used for bonding
rubbers(NBR, Polyurethane elastomer, ACM) with metals(carbon
steel, copper, aluminium and other allies), and to make
rubber products reinforced by skeleton, such as seats
for auto motors, axle sleeves, sealing pieces, rubber
rollers,oil seals, rapiers,valves and etc.

使用方法:
1．金属表面的处理:为确保粘结强度，在涂胶水前必须进行金属表面处理。对于金属表面的防锈油、油质等，可使用溶剂（如丙酮、120#以上高标汽油或95%浓度的酒精）浸泡或冲洗进行脱脂。对于灰尘、污染物、氧化层，可进行喷砂或酸洗处理。
2．胶粘剂的配制:该胶粘剂系固体粉末。使用时将其溶于浓度不小于95%的工业酒精，从综合性能看，配比1：4为最佳。
3．胶粘剂的涂覆:经处理后的金属材质即可刷涂、浸涂或喷涂胶粘剂溶液，涂后置于室温下自然凉置20-30分钟。
4．金属件固化处理:待溶剂充分挥发后，再于145-150℃的加温设备中对涂覆好的金属件进行热处理20分钟即可贴覆橡胶进行硫化。热处理后的胶膜不受季节和环境温度的影响，贮存两个月后再硫化不影响粘接强度，并且具有防锈功能。
5．橡胶与金属热硫化:橡胶与金属在150-170℃的加温设备中进行硫化处理。
Procedure:
(1) treat metal surface
Treat metal surface before appling the adhesive to ensure
the strength of cohesion. Solvents (such as acetone,
gasoline high-grade above 120# or 95% alcohol) can be
used to immerse the metal in or wash the metal to remove
the antirust grease or other greases. Sand-blasting
or acid pickling can be used to remove dirt, pollutants
or oxidation coat.
Use steel emery to treat steel cast iron and other irony
metal; use quartz sand to treat stainless steel, Alminium,
Zinc or other ironless metals. As for acid pickling,
immerse the metal skeleton in 30% hydrochloric acid
for 3~5minutes, use hot water to wash it two times.
(2) prepare adhesive solution
This adhesive is solid powder and should be dissolved
in industrial alcohol (>95%). The optimun proporation
is 1:4.
(3) apply the adhesive
Metal material after treatment can be painted, dipped
in or spraied the adhesive; and placed at room temperature
for 20~30 minute.
(4) solidify treatment of metal pieces
After the solvent fully volatilized, place metal pieces
into the heating equipment at 145~150℃ to process thermal
treatment for 20 minutes, cover pieces with rubber and
then can process vulcanization. The rubber coat after
thermal treantment will not be affected by seasons and
environment temperature and be antirust. The cohesion
strength will not be affected when the pieces being
vulcanized 2 months later.
(5) heating vulcanization of rubber and metal
The rubber and metal are vulcanized in heating equipment
at 150~170℃.
注意事项：
1．胶粘剂应储存于阴凉干燥处，远离热源和明火。
2．胶粘剂包装打开后要密封，防止吸潮。
3．配制、使用胶粘剂现场要禁火。
4．胶粘剂热敏感性极强，因此在热处理过程中要严格控制温度在规定的范围内。
5．每次配制好的胶粘剂溶液最好在一周内使用完，胶粘剂使用后要密封，防止溶剂挥发。
Caution:
(1) This adhesive should be stored in
dry and cool place, keep away from heat source and flame.
(2) Seal the package after opened. Keep away from moisture.
(3) The place preparing and appling this adhesive should
be no flame.
(4) This adhesive is strong heat-sensive, so control
the temperature strictly in the specified range during
thermal treatment.
(5) Prepared adhesive solution should be used within
one week. Seal the adhesive after using to prevent solvent
from volatilizing.
